This is a good example of how you don't need an AMAZING or PERFECT speech - your success is mostly down to delivery (and obviously a decent amount or preparation!).
Because he's genuine, has clearly practiced it, has a smile on his face and is delivering it with confidence, people are loving it. It's nice and short too which shows that your speech doesn't have to be like one of The Lord of the Rings movies!
