A stand-up comedian who suffers stage-fright?

Meg Ferrill is a very busy newcomer on the New York comedy set. She says she’s done just under 90 gigs in the last 6 months but still feels nervous and out of her comfort zone.

You could react to this story 2 ways:

First, you could say “You see! Nerves are a terrible affliction and there’s nothing I can do about it!”.

Or, you can read her article and think a different thought like “Nerves never fully go away – but I can learn to manage them, just like Meg has”.

You CAN take control. You CAN achieve your goal. Nerves CAN be fixed.

Maybe you just need some help, like Meg did? Have a look through the website and contact me any time to discuss your needs.
